Your Ristorante Don Giovanni banquet event is very important to us. In order to assist you with planning your event, we ask that you read the following information and familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures. Please feel free to contact us should you have any further questions.
A guaranteed guest count is due 72 business hours prior to your event. If no guarantee is given at this time, the original number of guests will be considered the final guaranteed number. This number is the lowest number of guests for which you will be charged.
Menu selections are required 1 (one) week prior to your event. For parties fewer than 25 people all selections on the regular menu may be used. Over 25 people a selection of (1) salad, (2) entrees (vegetarian dish may be added), (1) dessert is recommended.
Cancellations made 72 hours or less prior to the event will be charged full estimated value of the function.
The restaurant will provide all food and beverage. Exceptions are made for wine, champagne, and cake. A $15.00 corkage fee per bottle will apply for 750 ml bottles and a $20.00 corkage fee for magnums. Cutting charge is $2.50 per person for specialty desserts.
All packages/boxes sent to the restaurant must contain the name of the function, date of the function, and restaurant contact.
Space is assigned according to the number of guests attending your event. Should your numbers vary or setup needs change, we reserve the right to change room assignments.
Gratuity and Sales Tax are not included in banquet pricing. An 8.25% tax will be added to all food, beverage, and service fees provided by the restaurant in accordance with California State Tax Laws. Local Health Department rulings regarding proper refrigeration and sanitation prohibit engagers from taking food or beverages from the premises. Prices and fees are subject to change. Price guaranteed 90 days prior to event.
Due to seasonal need, we reserve the right to charge an additional room rental fee as needed based on the parameters of your party.
